Purpose: SpecBridge AI launch readiness and pilot preparation

1. Scope
These Terms of Use apply to the controlled demo, pilot preparation website and sample materials of SpecBridge AI.
SpecBridge AI is currently a local/demo-ready MVP approaching pilot readiness. It is not yet a production SaaS service.
2. Permitted Use
SpecBridge AI materials may be used for:
- Product evaluation
- Demo review
- Pilot discussion
- Sample report assessment
- Internal decision-support workflow evaluation
3. Prohibited Use
Users must not:
- Upload confidential customer documents without authorization
- Upload personal data or sensitive data without a valid legal basis
- Treat outputs as final legal or procurement advice
- Use sample reports as binding compliance approval
- Reverse engineer, copy or redistribute private pilot materials without permission
4. Document Upload and Processing
Real tender/RFP documents may only be used in a controlled pilot scope.
Before using real customer documents, the following must be defined:
- Customer approval
- Data retention period
- File deletion process
- Security responsibility
- Output disclaimer
- Access control model
5. Advisory Nature of Output
SpecBridge AI outputs are advisory only.
Outputs do not replace:
- Legal counsel
- Contract review
- Procurement authority decision
- Technical sign-off
- Commercial approval
- Final bid/no-bid governance
6. No Warranty
Demo and pilot materials are provided as-is for evaluation purposes.
No warranty is given that the analysis is complete, error-free, legally sufficient or suitable for final tender submission.
7. Liability Limitation
Any use of the output for commercial, legal, technical or procurement decisions remains the responsibility of the user organization.
